New Years Eve 2009-2010

This year we were able to be with Tim's family after Christmas for a few days. One of those awesome days was New Years Eve. Stan and Susan had a bunch of their friends and some family over for their annual party and we had a great time. We played games, ate food and watched the ball drop at midnight while drinking a glass of sparkling cider. And I got to give my hunny our first kiss of the year. It was a great night. We really enjoyed being with family and friends.

Nielsen Family Pictures

I love my Family!!!
They are awesome
And Funny
My boys are so cute
My Brother and Sisters are beautiful
Maybe a little weird sometimes
And Goofy
But we love each other
We are a forever family

Snowmobiling

We sent the boys out snowmobiling for the afternoon, and Isaac thought he was going along. He did look pretty cute in his goggles and helmet. On the other hand Chathum looked like Darth Vader in his black get-up. Not to mention his crazy bobble head. :)
They had a great time.

Bakugan Fun

Isaac had a great time playing Bakugans with his aunts on Christmas day.

Christmas Day 2009

Dinosaur vs Army man...

Yes, the perfect warm sweater for a chilly Christmas morning.

My parents got Tim a Rolex from Thailand. Whoot Whoot.

Owen scored an awesome dinosaur puzzle and a teething ring. What more could a baby want?

And Isaac made the biggest haul out of anyone. Santa must have thought he was a very good boy that year. :)

Christmas Eve 2009

Every year my parents used to give us an ornament on Christmas eve along with Christmas PJs. So I kept that traditon for Isaac and Owen. This year Isaac got to open his ornament with Grandma Nielsen. I thought it fitting since we are so close to the beach, and I love the way it lookes on the tree.

Every year on Christmas Eve my dad reads the story of the Saviors birth from the scriptures and the kids dress up as the characters from the nativity. This year Isaac took the part of Joseph.

And my dad passed on the mantle of reading the story to my brother.

Taryn took the part of Mary, and Owen was the baby Jesus.
Isaac loved his staff, and of course it was an awesome sword!
